Meditation for Women Rebuilding Their LivesCourses in my Local Community.
We meet once a week for 60-minute in-person sessions. The course is free of charge.
This course is offered in my local community and is designed for women in shelters in Norderstedt and Hamburg.
Each session is a shared hour of meditation in a safe and supportive space. The focus is on experiencing how meditation can support emotional balance, inner stability, and moments of calm. Over time, participants are introduced to simple, accessible practices that can be used beyond the sessions as well. My goal is to show the positive impact meditation can have: develop resilience and strength, gain tools for stress and anxiety management, build a sense of community and belonging.
