Welcome, I'm happy you're here!
It started with a small book. I picked up The Pocket Pema Chödrön almost by chance and something clicked. I wanted to understand more. So I read everything she’d written, and at some point I realized: reading about meditation only takes you so far. You have to sit down and do it.
That first retreat changed things for me. I started meditating daily and never looked back. Over the years, I traveled to Nepal and Canada for retreats and teachings, learning from some remarkable teachers. What began as curiosity became a practice, and then a path.
Why I teach
Because meditation made a real difference in my life, and I’ve watched it do the same for others. Not in some dramatic, overnight way, but quietly, steadily. I also offer free weekly meditation sessions for women in shelters in my community. I believe meditation belongs to everyone, especially to those who need it most.

I trained as a meditation teacher through the Tergar International Meditation Teacher Program (240 hours, 80+ participants from around the world) and have been leading a Tergar practice group in Germany for several years. I teach in both English and German.
My approach
Grounded in the Tergar tradition. Practical, warm, and honest. No jargon, no performance. Just simple practices that actually help, right in the middle of a real, busy life. Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to go deeper, you’re welcome here.

Vision & Mission
My vision is to cultivate a supportive community for every woman where they can find happiness and mental tranquility, having equality and positivity in their lives.
My mission is to dedicate myself to guiding women of all ages toward resilience, happiness, and peace through practical and accessible meditation.

As a meditation teacher, I work with women from diverse backgrounds and life situations.
Whether we’re practicing in local community spaces or during international retreats, meditation can help build the resilience and strength needed to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease. Our sessions create a sense of community and genuine belonging.

I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore the benefits of meditation together and discover our inner resources for facing life’s challenges.
It’s great to see how these simple practices enhance our daily lives – bringing moments of clarity, deepening our connections, and opening up new perspectives.
Background
I’m originally from Germany, with a university diploma in cultural studies and a qualification as a business coach. Beyond meditation, I’m deeply interested in traveling, people, sports, arts, AI, and the web3 culture.

What is meditation
Meditation is simpler than you might think, yet more profound than most people realize.
At its essence, meditation isn’t about achieving peace or blocking thought, it’s about discovering who you truly are.
Think of your mind like the sky, and your thoughts and emotions as clouds passing through it. Just as clouds don’t change the fundamental nature of the sky, your thoughts and feelings don’t alter your innate capacity for awareness, compassion, and wisdom. Meditation helps you recognize and connect with these natural qualities that are already within you.

Many people believe meditation requires sitting cross-legged for hours in perfect silence.
The truth is, meditation can happen anywhere, at any time. Whether you’re walking to work, washing dishes, or waiting in line at the grocery store—these moments can become opportunities for practice. The key isn’t to change your experience but to be present with whatever is happening.
Through meditation, you’ll discover that you don’t need to wage war with your thoughts or transform yourself into someone different. Instead, meditation invites you to:

be present
Rather than getting lost in thoughts about the past or future, you can learn to rest in the simple awareness of this moment.

be kind
Instead of fighting with yourself or your experience, you can cultivate a gentle, accepting attitude toward whatever arises.

be curious
Rather than taking your thoughts and emotions at face value, you can explore them with genuine interest and openness.
It’s not about reaching some perfect state of mind – it’s about making friends with your experience exactly as it is.
