We meet once a week for 60-minute in-person sessions. The course is free of charge.

Designed for women in shelters in Norderstedt and Hamburg, each session offers a safe space to pause, breathe, and experience how meditation can support emotional balance and inner stability. Over time, you’ll learn simple practices you can use on your own.
